SmartLiveGlow™ does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital products, downloads, software, online content, or personalized services, including but not limited to digital tools, reports, readings, consultations, or research materials.

Once a digital product or service has been delivered or accessed, it is considered consumed and non-refundable.

Refunds may only be considered in exceptional cases where a technical error has occurred and the product was not delivered correctly.
